“La comunidad frente a la comercialización”: El tema seleccionado este año busca fomentar la conversación sobre los enfoques de la ciencia abierta que priorizan los mejores intereses del público y de la comunidad académica.

Acorde a la recomendación de la UNESCO sobre la Ciencia Abierta, se plantea la necesidad de priorizar a la comunidad por encima de la comercialización. Esto se puede lograr apoyando modelos de publicación no comerciales y colaborativos.

Esta iniciativa ofrece una oportunidad para debatir estos problemas con el fin de alcanzar la visión original esbozada cuando se definió por primera vez el acceso abierto: “una vieja tradición y una nueva tecnología convergen para hacer posible un bien público sin precedentes” …[+Info]
